Social Media’s Dark Role in the Ever-Increasing Black Friday Hype

Here’s a fun fact that I learned from Wikipedia about Black Friday: the term was coined in Philadelphia prior to 1961, and was used in reference to the heavy amount of traffic the day after Thanksgiving.
